Alliance was established in 1997, with decades of experience in the communications industry. Alliance has grown year on year, allowing equipment purchases and bringing Fiber Applications in house to better serve our customers.

Scott and Sharon Hubocan purchased the Company from Nancy Gilligan on January 1^st, 2020. Scott Hubocan President of Alliance Cabling worked 22 years as an Auto Technician, he was given an opportunity at Alliance Cabling to follow his heart and dream and became the business owner last year. His wife Sharon Hubocan Secretary, CFO at Alliance Cabling came from the Electronic Distribution Industry and is thrilled to be part of the Alliance Cabling Team.

COVID-19 Safety Work Environment
Alliance Cabling Inc. is committed to providing a safe and healthy workplace for all our employees and customers. To ensure we have a safe and healthy workplace, we have developed the following COVID-19 Preparedness Policies in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. All employees are responsible for implementing these policies. The goal is to mitigate the potential transmission of COVID-19 in our workplace and community, and that requires full cooperation from our employees. These policies follow guidance developed by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).

1. Remind employees to wash hands frequently.
2. Provide masks, shield, gloves and shoe covering if available.
3. Post internal signs to remind employees to social distance.
4. Conduct temperature checks at the start of each day.
5. Create a response plan for employees who report symptoms or test positive for COVID-19.
